About Team JDRF
We are 4 bike riders competing in RAAM 2007 :: Race Across America -- from Oceanside, CA to Atlantic City, NJ. We're racing in the Four Person Mixed Co-ed Category. The Teams' race will start in June 2007. Our ride proceeds will go to benefit the Juvenile Diabetis Research Foundation.

- RAAM 2005 - 2nd Place Recumbent Team "Team JDRF VeloKraft", San Diego, CA to Atlantic City, NJ.
- Furnace Creek 508/October 2003 - 1st Place Two Man Team, course record (50+ category) bicycle race through Death Valley.
- Furnace Creek 508/October 2002 - 2nd Place 4 Man Team.
- RAAM 2000 - 1st Place HPV (Faired Recumbent trike), fastest 4 Man Trike Team across America ever, Portland, OR to Pensacola, FL.
- RAAM 1997 - 1st Place Mixed Tandem Team "Team 2 Mixed Up", current course record, Irvine, CA to Savannah, GA.
- RAAM 1996 - 1st Place Men's Tandem Team, "Team Twocan", current course record, Irvine, CA to Savannah, GA.
- RAAM 1995 - 7th Place finish Men's Open, Team Belimo Spin, Irvine, CA to Savannah, GA.
- Grand Tour Triple Century 2003 (300 miles) in 19 hours, 2nd fastest time.
- Solvang Double Century 2004, (200 miles) 10 hours and 1 minute, 9th fastest rider of the day.
- 50 Double Century (200 miles) finishes.
- 60 Century (100 miles) finishes.
Professional Experience and Dedication
Tim is the Information Technology PMO (Project Management Office) for Medtronic MiniMed, makers of a Diabetic Pump. Tim is dedicating this 2007 RAAM race to his 13 year old triplet children, Matthew, Scott, and Haley Skipper and thanks for being on my crew! Tim is involved in the Los Angeles chapter of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).

Brenda is an executive assistant to the president of Chase Dallas, Dallas, TX. Vice President of the Texas Young Professional Organization Secretaries and President of the Greater Dallas Bicyclists. She is an active promoter for JDRF in the Dallas area.

Professional Experience
Bernie is an Inventory Control Manager for Wilkins a Zurn Company. He has been active in various sports at the national and local level since 1980. Prior to getting involved in cycling, Bernie was involved in several motorcycle races and also a National Heavy Weight Champion in 1981.
